Refunds for Workshops and Events

• Cancellations by Participants: If you need to cancel your reservation for a workshop or event, please notify us at least 24 hours before the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will not be refunded, but we will gladly reschedule your attendance for another available date.

• Cancellations by Drawing Club Prague: If we must cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking.

Refund Process

To request a refund or reschedule, please contact us at [insert email address]. Be sure to include your reservation details and the reason for the request. Once your request is processed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the event.

• Partial attendance or dissatisfaction with personal performance during the event.

Liability Limitation

Drawing Club Prague is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or lost items during workshops or events. Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings during the event.

V Drawing Club Prague se zavazujeme poskytovat kvalitní zážitky pro naše členy a návštěvníky. Pokud nejste spokojeni nebo potřebujete vrácení peněz, rádi vám pomůžeme.

Vrácení peněz za workshopy a akce

• Zrušení účasti účastníky: Pokud potřebujete zrušit svou rezervaci na workshop nebo akci, informujte nás prosím nejpozději 24 hodin před akcí pro získání plné náhrady. Zrušení méně než 24 hodin před akcí nebude vráceno, ale rádi vám nabídneme možnost přesunutí účasti na jiný termín.

• Zrušení účasti Drawing Club Prague: Pokud budeme muset akci zrušit nebo přeložit z důvodu nepředvídaných okolností, obdržíte plnou náhradu nebo možnost přesunout svou rezervaci.

Proces vrácení peněz

Pro požádání o vrácení peněz nebo přesunutí rezervace nás prosím kontaktujte na [vložit e-mailovou adresu]. Uveďte prosím podrobnosti o své rezervaci a důvod žádosti. Po zpracování vaší žádosti bude vrácena částka na původní platební metodu.

Výjimky

Vrácení peněz nebude provedeno v těchto případech:

• Nepřítomnost na akci nebo zrušení účasti méně než 24 hodin před akcí.

• Částečná účast nebo nespokojenost s osobním výkonem během akce.

Omezení odpovědnosti

Drawing Club Prague nenese odpovědnost za osobní úrazy, poškození majetku nebo ztracené předměty během workshopů nebo akcí. Účastníci jsou odpovědní za svou bezpečnost a své věci během akce.
